Horrible woman called me this morning, apparently my appointment was face to face(never informed of this) confirmed only received $100 payment from Centrelink if I knew it was face to face I would have called, confirmed next payment day and she books the next appointment before I have funds to attend the appointment. No wonder people are homeless and desolute, how is this a good resource of time. Called back straight away, on hold for 20 minutes so far even though I'm the next available position? Is place actually legitimate??
