Washpools picnic area and viewing platform
It's OK when you get there, road to the Washpools gets rougher as you get closer then the last 3km is just gravel. Would have got 4 stars if the road had been better.

Washpools picnic area and viewing platform
Very quiet and serene. Just a few caravans there in winter, Nice (long drop) amenities, campgrounds and picnic areas. Camp area has fire pits. Quite a few tables and chairs in picnic area. If you need something its only 20 klms from Scone. Really well maintained as a bush setting.
