Doctor Sylvia Yu is the most amazing doctor I have ever had. She is caring, diligent and always goes above and beyond for her patients. Doctor Sylvia Yu actually cares about you and your wellbeing. She is a highly experienced practitioner who deserves to be doctor of the year. I would highly recommend her services. Thank you for all that you do Sylvia!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Disgusting if you ever have the misfortune of attending this practice the receptionist 1.Has NO idea how to triage patients 2. The doctor has no idea about the democratic oath he took. 3. Overall really poor customer service. Shame on you for turning away a very sick patient asking for your help even the ambulance that we had to call as you wouldn't help her was astonished that you would turn such a sick away. Hopefully kharma will treat you with the same disrespectEDIT:The Dr NEVER assessed the patient. So how would he know the condition? Didnt even offer a vomit bag! I DEFINATELY did not DEMAND an ambulance that is an outright LIE.You say the nearest emergency was 10 mins away...Great but since i am NOT form the area i DIDNT know that . Maybe your rude receptionist could have helped me out she wasnt busy. She was smiling and chatting to patients HmmmmWhy don't you contact me directly for the facts. As a general practice JNurse myself with over 5 years experience. NO general practice that i have worked at would turn a patient away in a time of need. Disgusting service. Not one sided at all just the FACTS

I have been coming to see Dr Sylvia since I was a teenager (I am 31 now). She has such a beautiful manner and is extremely supportive and helpful in every aspect of her work.Dr Sylvia is not just a doctor but a friend and extended family member.As for the staff that work there Aggie is an absolute gem and so wonderful, it is always a pleasure to see her and speak with her on the phone. Such a wonderful family surgery.If you want an amazingly caring doctor and staff there is no one else I can recommend.

Decided to change GP after moving to the area, so glad I found Dr Sylvia! I was surprised to find her total holistic approach instead of here take these pills.... The reception team was more than helpful

I’ve been with Dr Sylvia since her move to Bethania. She treats me like her own family and is always willing to listen & give holistic advise. Because she is so good her practice is bursting at the seems.

Dr Yu has taken care of our family for many years. She is very approachable and understanding. I would not go to any other doctor. She is an amazing and kind person.

Since we moved to Bethania on 2018, Dr Dean has taken care of our family. He is kind, caring and helpful whenever we needed him. He always provided the best advise and direction to us. Dr Dean Heinreicy has been mine & my children’s regular GP for the last 4 years. He is without a doubt the most efficient, knowledgeable, caring & THOROUGH GP I have ever come across. I feel so lucky him as our family Doctor. And always trust his opinions and thoughts.Dr Sylvia is also an amazing GP and who gives great advice. I was fortunate enough to see Dr. Sylvia this morning as a new patient, during a very busy time for the practice. It was refreshing to meet a doctor who genuinely cares about your health, and takes a proactive approach to the care she gives.
