Haven’t been here in 15years due to the previous service we received, thought after 15 years I would return and give them a go, well sad to say the experience was disgusting!Not even a hello, thanks, have a good day, simply took my couple of hundred dollars, rudely loaded me up and drove straight off to their shed! Learn “Customer Service” disgusting! Back to “Soils Ain’t Soils” we go.

We have had a terrible time dealing with Joondalup Landscape Supplies. Unable to follow basic instructions or return calls despite numerous conversations and requests. To top it off they dumped a load of sand on our property that was supposed to be delivered next door damaging our lawn and verge. Won’t be using again and would never recommend them.

Went here for convenience at Joondalup and normally go to Soils ain't Soils. I bought one .35m3 of road base but didn't see it loaded. I thought it looked less than purchased but put this down to the larger trailer being used. Got the materials to site and it is definitely less than one scoop.Tried to call the branch but just ringing out.Won't be using again after feeling shortchanged.

Id rather drive a 100 km and give my money to anyone else than deal with the rude staff there.The other review responses all say they have brought this to the repective person's attention, but its pure lies. They get worse by the visit.Dont go here, go to anyone else.

Few days ago I purchase 3m3 of black mulch from them and asked for delivery, it was very prompt service But when I got home 3m3 did not look like a 3m3 mulch to me at best it was 2m2 ????I called them they persist that they delivered 3m3 mulch still it’s a question the size of mulch was delivered??????

Yep, same as the other reviews.The 20 odd aged fella is the worst, rudest person in perth i have done business with.Twice now.No accident.Unfriendly by definition.Going to seabreeze tomorrow instead.If your the owner and you dont know he is this bad and sending customers away your blind.

I phoned about prices and answered all my enquiries.Arrived then, as I made the payment, one of the lads had hitched up the trailer, I moved to the designated area to load then, off up the road.SMOOTH !Thanks lads..made it easy.
