A warning To any landlord using this realtor . I am in the market for a rental property and tried to contact the manager for a property that is vacant for a viewing. Three times the answering service said she was in a meeting over a 3 hour period. I finally called the office to get anyone to give me a private viewing and was told the principal would call me back.3 hours later and it’s COB on a Friday with no call. This real estate agent has just cost it’s landlord a potential tenant.

Very disappointing customer service. Booked a house inspection a couple of weeks ago. Was told then that the first inspection would occur today. We were not warned that the house had already been leased until now, 1h prior the expected 1st inspection. Only know abt this because I emailed them first.

Had good experience when renting. But to get our bond back was difficult. Normal wear and tear which obviously occurs and they will find every way to rip you off. Rented for 3.5 yrs a d wear charged for small scratches, minor mould on grout and other stuff like that, even after maintaining their property immaculately.

Ended our lease 4 months early due to not having a working shower for 8 weeks n an unuseable bathroom for a week. Property manager did not care until I threatened to stop paying rent. I paid a plumber to come fix it with no reimbursement at all for my trouble. It’s all about the owner for this real estate company regardless of tenants rights. They breeched my contract and rights as a tenant multiple times. Formal complaints, court action, major expenses and stress for the tenants should not be required just to have a working shower/bathroom. RUN AWAY from this company‼️

I deeply recommended DO NOT WORK WITH THIS EAGANCY, If you don't want loss your money and your time. They are very non professional,no services, no customer right, just they want money that's it.Unfortunately I gave them 1 star ,but that's too much for them
