Sandy is an energetic and enthusiastic coach. She combines her extensive business experience with her coaching training to provide an environment that makes you focus on what is important and challenges you to take ownership of your own actions.I found her ‘Spotlight Coaching’ approach to be really helpful. It allowed me to reach out for help quickly, as and when I needed it.
