We were very pleased to find the perfect new couch, so different to the usual 'boxy' ones around everywhere else. Great service from Canvas. We highly recommend them.

I ordered the Prada Texas Desert poster unframed. Unfortunately it arrived damaged by the courier. The team were helpful and provided me a replacement which arrived in good condition, however overall the print itself and the paper it is printed on is of quite poor quality. The paper used is very flimsy and easily crinkles. It also has scuff marks. Would not purchase another print from here and did initially attempt to seek a refund but was unable to obtain one, only a replacement for the damaged item.

Actually I contacted you multiple times and you took quite some time to reply. The frame is peeling and is lifting up. You refused a refund and only agreed to a partial refund if I deleted my original honest review. After having the frame for a month it started to buckle and has had to be thrown away as it won’t sit flat against the wall. I have contacted you many times to which you only offered a replacement and for me to pay to post it back at my own expense. You’re a condescending piece of work.

I have purchased framed prints and Luxo Cushions from Canvas Home Interiors would have to say very happy with service, delivery and communication will definitely be purchasing more products as the quality is exceptional!

Just ordered from Canvas Home Interiors. I had spent all night looking for a poster bed that was within my budget - I saw online that they had exactly what I was looking for! I noticed it was for pickup - which is impossible for me to do, So I gave them a ring to see if they would post it to me by any chance. The customer service representative who handled my query was polite, friendly and prompt. I got a quote back the same day within hours and confirmation it could be shipped and the cost for my location. I am 100% happy with the customer service I received today and can't wait to receive the product! Thank-you so much for being so polite and quick to get back to me!!!

I received amazing service from my first experience with Canvas. I ordered 4 large prints for a commercial project via phone call and Sam ensured he gave a very personalised service the whole way through, also going above and beyond to pull off our request - despite only being given a 3 day window. He turned the order around in just 2 days and ensured everything aligned, even despite some changes I had to make along the way. By fault of no one but myself I unfortunately gave some unclear communication...twice....and Sam rectified the misunderstandings straight away with no issues. We picked the final prints up from their Alexandria store.All their stores have an amazing selection of small and large prints, as well as unique and classy home interior items which I loved.If you're considering ordering from them, here's your sign to go and do it!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They didn't bother to call back, I went back into the store and got the run around again. I gave up and spent my money elsewhere...

Had a job interview here, worked all day and wasn't paid at all. They also wanted me to make an ABN and be a personal contractor for a retail store with set closing and opening times. An absolute scam and fishy company. Don't give them your money.
