My partner has had her car serviced here twice and was very happy with the result however my last experience wasn’t good. We had wheel bearing issue for my car, I initially spoke to one of the staff member (Bigger size with bear) who was very lovely and helped me book in for a quick inspection). I also spoke to him before and he is very knowledgeable, a week later, I took my car here and spoke to different staff member, (bald and average size, about 5,9ft) , the guy wasn’t very attentive and he took my car for a drive. When he came back, he told me there was nothing with my car, I said obviously there was a noise coming from the rear end, he insisted that there is no issue.I then took my car to another mycar and Ultratune, both told me that there is a wheel bearing issue and quoted me a reasonable price. I would’ve had my car repaired here along with my partners car and will do it in the future, but the this experience just turned your customer away. The first staff I spoke to was lovely and friendly, I wish the other staff can thoroughly check your customer car and pinpoint the issue correctly next time

Awesome, been there multiple time. The service is great and has not changed. Able to tell what the car needs for the best driving experience.Knowledge on multiple levels e.g suspension, tyre grade and tyre required for performance on terrain

Dropped my car off to fix a puncture. Great honesty in calling me and telling me it didn’t need repair so they have just removed the screw and will do so with no charge. Great service.

What can I say but wow. Had run into some difficulties last week with my car, problem was a busted fuel tank. Was quoted a reasonable price for a new pump, car repairs were undertaken in less than 48 hours. A big shout to Alistair and his team for getting my car back on the road. Will recommend this establishment to anyone who gets into a spot of bother with their car.

The team had my car finished before time and on budget . Even helped change the blinker globe for my daughter who was dropped me off for free. Highly professional, highly recommended. Will be back

Great customer service, the manager was super friendly and it was a delight to deal with him.The turn around was very fast for a full set of tires.The only thing lacking here was something small that I’ve had at many tire shops before, presentation of the finished product.The rims weren’t wiped down and no tyre dressing applied, a small detail but for me an important one.All in all a positive experience.

Excellent service and assistance. Team member carried out tests and called before carrying out installation to ensure I was comfortable with price.
