My partner brought a silver chain and bracelet and there not even real the bracelet has gone a dark yukky colour and has hardly been worn and the necklace is leaving green around his neck

I went in the other day and was helped by a one of the Staff! Legit the bubbliest most amazing helpful person! This beautiful chick was BEYOND helpful. Have been a client there for years! And the experience the other day was by far EXCEPTIONAL! It was the definition of customer service!

Beautiful shop with a huge variety of stunning jewellery. It was the day before Mothers Day so they were so busy but all the ladies who were working there were so helpful, knowledgeable, and so genuinely friendly and happy. Best customer service. Unfortunately for my wallet, I'll definitely be back!
