Great friendly service, had more gear instock than I was expecting

Everything off road,professional helpful staff,all work guaranteed.

Been twice, don't intend on going back. First time, negotiated a price for bar/winch/lights. Came to pick it up, price had changed, needed to be reminded of agreed price. Used the setup for 18 months, car started having trouble starting, eventually had to be towed to dealership. NW Offroad had installed the winch wrong, caused electrical system to short circuit.Second time, new suspension, compressor, diff locks. It's too early to tell if the workmanship quality is good, but I was repeatedly told the 500km checkup was free, only a small amount for oil used. Looked at invoice after leaving, they'd charged for oil and labour. It's not much, but if I'm repeatedly told something, follow through with it.Have more upgrades planned for vehicles, will be finding a new place to do the work in future though
