Benjamin is a professional, friendly polite and helpful shoe repairer with years of experience and did a fantastic job repairing 2 pairs of boots. I would highly recommend for a quality repair and I will be using him again for sure. A++++++++++++++++++++++++

I rang Ben at 5.30 one afternoon with an emergency situation with my car key. He kindly kept the shop open as I was just around the corner. He was able to help me fix my car key. I really appreciated him waiting for me to arrive as it was an emergency and as a result I was back on the road with my four children. Can't thank you enough for your service.

I asked how much to replace the battery in a watch. I was quoted between $ 20 and $ 100. I questioned the scruffy individual behind the counter as to how it could possibly cost as much as $100 and received a vague answer. I do know that replacing a watch battery is ridiculously simple and the price quoted at other establishments varies between $ 15 and $ 20. I can only assume that somebody with so few scruples would apply these sort of charges for other work he carries out. Avoid them. Do not go there.

Avoid at all costs. I asked Benjamin if he could guarantee the water-resistance of my surf watch and he took the job to replace the battery. My watch flooded in the shower the next day. On closer inspection, I can see the seal was not put back in place and the backing plate was put on upside-down, disconnecting the speaker. Kieren offered to charge me to have the watch fixed but refused to look at it himself or to validate the damage.

Benjamin gave me good advice and service, my shoes were fixed well and they don’t look mangled like other places have done before which I was a bit worried about for a particular spot on the shoe. He also helped me out with a small handbag issue.
