Great company to deal with, affordable, efficient, professional !!

I called and emailed through the details for an engraving job, delivered the item the same day and was told I’d be advised when it was completed. A month later I had to call to see whether it had been done, and was told over the phone they didn’t know. I advised them I would be there in 10 minutes to collect regardless of whether it had been done and when I got there no one was at the front desk so I rang the bell. A young guy came out and advised that the business owner was out back so he went to let her know. She didn’t even bother to come out and apologise for the delay or no contact. Absolutely terrible service! Please heed my advice and use any other business for your engraving needs.
