Everyone at Hyundai Ferntree Gully is very friendly and helpful. Just received my new Hyundai Santa Fe Highlander last week. Just love it. A beautiful looking car. Drives smooth and all the controls are easy to use. So thrilled with it. Happy I bought it. Had to wait a long time for it but it was worth it. I chose the white and just love it. Thanks to everyone at Hyundai. I highly recommend them for sure.

Executional service I received from Nathan at Hyundai Ferntree gully. His professionalism was outstanding, he was prompt in returning my emails during the process of my new car in detail and kept me up to date from start to end. He was very knowledgeable of the car and all those steering wheel buttons as well as other important settings, went through it all in detail. As a previous Hyundai owner I can’t fault them. I have been a Hyundai convert for many years.It is difficult to rate about the sales service, as salespeople come and go, and buying a car is not a regular event.The building used as the show room for Hyundai cars is undergoing extensive reconstruction, which will accommodate 20 new cars eventually.At present, new and used cars are left in the open. The service department is still shared with next door KIA outlet. Sales and service staff are sharing office space with KIA's.Previously the waiting lounge" / room was not really inviting
