Booked my Ford Ranger in for a service. Had a confirmed date and time to bring in the vehicle. When I rang a few days before due date to confirm all was good to go I was advised that their workshop was not allowed to work on cars other than the makes sold at this location. I received an apology with the info they had new staff that didn't know about this policy. Booking was cancelled and I wasted 3 weeks waiting. Very disappointed almost" customer."

Rang Kumunurra Toyota Thursday morning, asking when was the earliest they could look at my landcruiser which was displaying numerous warning lights. I was on the Gibb River Rd with friends and was hoping for a miracle.They were booked out for the next 3 weeks, but yhe miracle happened, was told to bring the 200 series in Saturday morning and they would see what they could do.I'm sure I was the only customer on the day. The mechanic and service guy stayed back after closing time to finish the work on the engine.Now heading back to catch up with friends on the Gibb.Can't recommend them enough, truly professional team.

Very friendly team. We had to get a bash plate fitted onto our truck as we didn't have the tools with us (Small job). They fit us in on the same day (while everywhere else we called said it was a 2 week wait) and did the job no hassles. Price charged was reasonable too. Thanks

Used faulty parts and then charged twice and still I have the same problem. Do not use this company on your pride and joy. Got my money and wiped their hands clean. Reported to Toyota Aus and that didn’t get me anywhere because they blamed it on non stock vehicle. Rubbish company.

Just came off the Gibb and needed some maintenance spares for the old Troopy. Chris from Parts was helpful and friendly from the start, very knowledgable and even recommended another place in town for other spares. Saved my butt on a Friday afternoon. Chris’ boss should give him a pay rise.

I walked in this morning because my car wasnt starting, and I taught it was the starting engine, but luckily they did do a quick battery check and so we found out that it was the battery itself so they saved me some money and replaced it right away. So thanks for the quick and helpfull service

I knew the North would be busy so I rang to book a service exactly two weeks before the 10000k service on my Hilux was due. I was told it was indeed busy but that they could fit me in. I then rearranged my holiday travel including loss on bookings to be there for the service on the day. When I arrived there was no record of my booking and my service was refused. This is very poor customer service and I am out of pocket as well. Toyota Australia were much more friendly than Toyota Kununurra.

Craig from Kununurra Toyota will go above and beyond all duties. We had repeating problems with our DPF not aut-regenerating, and as out-of-towners we ALWAYS were attended to quickly, once even on a Saturday morning when the workshop is not open. I cannot fault these guys. They deserve a medal for their efforts in keeping us on the road and enjoying our holiday until the final fix!
