Best Whitworths in Australia. Very organised and well stocked, they will get items in promptly if you order. Very friendly service. I have been to a couple of the other Whitworths, this is by far the best one.

I was looking for a speciality product and found the right place. Staff member was very friendly and helpful with great product knowledge. Highly recommended!

Had two failures from Whitworths products recently one was the primer and fuel line that went so hard it snapped off the fuel connector to the motor and we were stranded at sea for two hours trying to rig up a fuel line so we could motor home.The other was while at sea I notice one of the Springfield pedestal seat was loose on returning home the bolts could not be removed as as the nut inserts that are under the foam seat were corroded and spinning so had to drill out the bolts.Note - the boat is thoroughly washed after each use and stored in a garage so it shows how poor a quality these products and not made to a marine standard.Both instances the staff at Whitworths were not interested in the issue and said there is nothing we can do for you as it's out of warranty. They did suggest I email Whitworths to see if they would do anything which again is poor customer service as they should do this on our behalf as I had already spent considerable time just trying to remove my seats and sort the issue out.I would recommend customers try other retailers as Whitworths obviously isn't interested in quality or customer satisfaction.

Very unfriendly staff, persecute me for not wearing a mask and ask me to leave.I'm also working in the marine industry and used to recommend this store for items that we don't sale, or install electronics equipment for them. Not anymore! As of today, we will not install or service electronics equipment for customers who buy from this store. Star -1

Went into Whitworths today looking to but touch up pain for my Jetski... was told by 2 staff members that they didn't supply paint for fibreglass which I thought was a bit odd considering they sell marine paint.Many people own jetskis here in Cairns so it would be awesome if stocking paint for them would be great.

Almost didn't go to this store because of the previous reviews. Glad I ignored them and went. To my surprise the service I received was extremely helpful, not only did they give me directions to another supplier but they actually had a part in stock which I would never have believed they would have. I honestly believed I would be waiting a long time for this part. THANK YOU guys.

So expensive. I really don't know how this company survives when everything can be bought cheaper on line. I guess it's the instant convenience they provide.
