Poor after sales service.Contacted valet about an installation problem.Staff were not concerned at all that system may have been installed incorrectly and said they would only attend for a fee.

Small place with limited parking but excellent customer service. Our unit still going strong, only need to change out dust bag. Valet now also carried a range of security devices.

VALET OSBORNE PARK
It's rare to find this level of honesty. I'd already agreed to a $370 motor replacement for what appeared to be a dead unit. They gave it a good clean and it worked again, instead only charging a small labour fee! I highly recommend their excellent, friendly service.
