Scammers!! The screen of the monitor i bought was falling off, and they will not replace or refund me. Be careful what companies you support!

I ordered a cpu for click and collect, it stated online that it was in stock and that it would be avaliable for collection in a few hours. I have still not recived the order. I had to call four times in to receive an ETA, who knows when it will be ready. Don't trust the stock levels.

I recently had issues with my defective GPu and decided to upgrade to the 40 series. As the 40 series is quite large and I had a mini case, I was told by many other technicians that the GPu was too big for the case and that it would not sit properly.Fortunately, Scott took on the challenge and was able to safely secure the GPu and my computer is running perfectly with the new setup!Scott customer service was second to none. He not only managed to fit the GPu in my mini case, but he was also prompt, concise and kept me updated all throughout the repair process. He went above and beyond with all the cable management, updated of all the drives and optimized all the settings for me!If anyone wants their computer fixed (no matter how big or small), I would only be trusting Scott and will continue to request to have my computer be looked by him only. Thank you again, Scott – you’re an absolute legend!

Disgusting company!! They are not replacing or refunding us even though we have warranty! They don't answer my calls and they can not even give me a reason as to why the warranty is voided. 0 stars. I will be following up in court.

Bought a laptop online. Arrived faulty - the charger was working but the device would not switch on. Was sent to my closest store - Nunawading - to confirm the laptop is faulty and return it. They confirmed the device was faulty but there was no stock of the laptop that I ordered at Nunawading for them to provide a replacement. My laptop was in stock in Maribyrnong, but the staff member at the counter at Nunawading was “not authorised” to send me to Maribyrnong to collect the replacement and was ultimately happy to send me packing empty handed. I had to escalate to a manager at Nunawading to simply arrange to collect the replacement from Maribyrnong. I was sent to Maribyrnong to collect a replacement laptop. Arrived back at home and the laptop is again faulty and will not switch on. Called the customer service line and was transferred to 3 different staff members to ask me “how can I help?” each time” after already having explained the situation. The third person hung up on me. Called back again the phone number for online ordered where the call centre is obviously in the Phillipines and asked for a manager only to be told one isn’t available and they would call me back. Your processes and customer service is appalling Centrecom. If someone here in Australia is reading this, I want a call back from a manager here in Australia. I want the laptop replaced and I want your staff to check the device is in working condition before handing it over to me.

It was pretty straightforward to transact with these guys, ordered a m.2 ssd online and it was ready for pick up within the hour. Warehouse is easy to find and i was in and out under 5 mins on a Thu arvo. Wish the staff were more communicative but not a big deal.

Joey needs retraining. If you have a warranty issue, skip the BS and go straight to the manufacturer.

I had to wait 30 minutes for them to figure that I bought goods.First they refused to give my purschased goods even when I provided ID, credit card and confirmation email :D Then they asked to photocopy copy my ID! Called main line and they put me on hold. Insane how they still open...
