Really really disappointed. I asked for a spicy diced chicken noodle with no sauce as they put too much sauce and I don’t like it at all. The guy taking the order tried to understand my order for 10 minutes then he took my order. After 15 minutes I received my order and it was full of sauce in it. When I said him that this is not at all what I wanted I Clearly stated no sauce he took that order to his chef and he shouted at him and then he came back saying me that chef does not want to make my order. This was really disappointing and humiliating. How hard it is to just follow the customer note.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Can never get an order correct, always blaming customer, girl behind the counter is rude and last time hung up on us when we were looking for our order that was 2 hours late. Gave them the benefit of the doubt numerous times, but they've now lost me as a customer!

The food is pretty good but your establishment is the filthiest I’ve ever eaten in. The windows are barely see through, the tables/chairs are dirty and damaging and there are dirty dirt marks up the wall from whomever mops that floor. If this is how the area looks that greets your customers I’d hate to see your kitchen. Westfield should hold some responsibility for this eyesore:

Decent pork dumplings. but beware if dining in, it’s very dirty. The floors are always sticky. Felt even more grossed out than usual here today though as the lady serving was clearly sick— coughing constantly and blowing her nose. At the very least she should have worn a mask!
