We were very happy with the service we receive. Staff was happy and friendly and look after us well.

These people were like angels when my mother came out of hospital with no one to help her. Everyone from th ecare managers to the staff everyday were a blessing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Enrich.

I work in retail, so far I have had 3 different ladies who work with Enrich Living Services come visit my store along with an elderly person. Each time the ladies leave the old people behind while they are off trying on clothes for themselves. One lady even left the old man to carry her bags. These old people are not able to communicate as i have tried to make conversation while their career is playing dress up. They just seem lost and confused and i don't believe that going clothes shopping was something they wanted. It seems that families that use Enrich Living Services are getting scamed and their older family members aren't been treated the best they could be. I will definitely not trust Enrich Living Services with the care of my grandparents.
