Tune Cycles

I had two Specialized bikes serviced. Daniel who serviced our bikes did a very poor service and both bikes, and we had more difficulties changing gears as before the service on both bikes. I had to send a few messages, and called them after to respond and come back a4 to correct the issue. As I had a very positive experience before with Tyler, this was a big surprise to me and will definitely look for other alternatives in the future.

Great service. They came to the house and serviced my somewhat unique cargo e-bike (Krankie). The price was reasonable and the mechanic, Daniel, gave me lots of information and tips. Definitely recommend them, and will be using the service in the future.

Sent my bike here for servicing twice. First time it was good. Second time it was great. Brought my bike in to fix and it came out better than when I first had it. Was assisted by Bruce. Their price is very reasonable too. I’m definitely going to bring my bike back there in the future.

I was gifted an old Giant Yukon bicycle by a friend of my parents, a great bike but it was worn OUT. I took it to Tune Cycles and explained I only had a budget of $300 as I was on a disability pension and asked them to do the best they could with it, just make it safe to ride as the rear axle was wobbly and brakes were shot and gears were off...The next day I got a call and my bike was delivered outside of my apartment by one of their staff, they had transformed it into something entirely different. It was silent. It was tight. It was fast. It was SAFE. They replaced my handlebar grips for something better, my chain, fixed the rear cassette, the brakes, the brake fluid, the tyres it was...It was like I was given a brand new amazing bike, they delivered me practically a new bike. And since then I've ridden maybe 100ks in all different directions and it's been so easy and fun.
