The morning workers are absolutely lovely! I often come in to grab some fuel before work! They’re very polite and engage in conversion which is a great start to a workers morning! They definitely deserved to be recognised. Especially the younger worker who’s often on in the mornings he’s great! :)) always serves with a smile.

The staff are a joke, customer services is non existent, do you not pay your staff to do the job?

Profiled by the staff and owner of the shop because I have a red falcon, everyone else could fill up infront of me but they wanted me to pay first, didn't want anyone else to pay first? I have bought fuel here many times and never had this happen until today. Absolutely disgusting service from the gentleman Sagar and his boss. I was further told that it is a policy that you have to pay first when getting fuel at night although every single other person that showed to fill got to fill first and then pay. I live around the corner but I'll go the extra mile to not get get ripped off here. If you have a policy you have to enforce it 100% of the time not when you pick and choose.

Today I went to fill LPG one side shop keeper parked his own car and other side which is partly under cover and was raining and this cold weather at the moment.when I went inside and asked who's car is that he said it's mine so I told him you shouldn't park there,his 1st word was what you gonna do?he was absolutely rude that's all I got to say.

This is my go to fuel station, usually great and fast service, but this trainee doesn't seem to know how to process my 7 eleven card into the system to access the fuel price I locked, if incompetent she should be with a supervisor. Disappointing

Absolute disgrace of a business with worst customer service and the younger lady is so rude a d incompetent in customer service. Just don't know where to start but stay from this premises and try going down the road.

Good Guys... best customer service ever with staff who GENUINELY care about every customer... only been in twice lately so not a regular customer but the operator and his colleague were super amazing when they offered to check the cameras when I thought I'd lost my glasses case ( I'd put some money inside the case) i couldn't find it when i got home. Even though u could clearly see that i didn't have it as I'd walked in. I was sure i had it so i asked if they could check a different camera where I thought i remembered leaving it. I have been really tired and working long hours. i was really worried I'd lost it. The guy was so nice and so lovely it was no trouble to check the other frame. Turns out mum found it in the car and they seemed really happy that id found it. ...and thanks too to my mum for driving me back up there in a hurry at 9.30 at night.Trustworthy honest friendly and helpful. Came to this fuel station and they refused to give fuel due to my partners skin color !!!!! Said that he has to pay first then get fuel but gave others fuel without paying first !!! The racist man at the front was Indian with glasses and had darker skin than my partner!!!! Idk how he thinks he can be racist and say we won’t pay for fuel, when we were here with a nice car and nice clothe so he can’t even give an excuse of us not having money ! Embarrassing, will be contacting the department of discrimination.

Went here last night for fuel coffee and a snack the young man serving was terribly rude I asked his name as he had no name badge he replied **hmm simon** you shouldn't be working in customer service young man.#Ilove7/11.#justnotyourrudnessandcustomerservice

I was short by $1 while topping up my go card, and the attendant used his own money to help me out. Very much appreciated! Really nice guy
