Australia Post - Cheltenham LPO

I tried to get a package delivered to auspost to pick up as you do with all ausposts and they wouldnt take it i said i would come pick it up in an hour and still no very rude and disrespectful.

Rude service. Try to avoid use this one in the future. The couple yelling at me one after another for no reason. Further action being considered to take against

Worst customer service ever! The guy is so rude, telling me my 16mm cardboard mailer, won't go through the slot, which I know is 20mm. He tried the same thing the previous week! Thank goodness both Parkdale Newsagency and Mentone P.O provide fantastic service and knowledge

Great customer service. Strongly recommend if you want to get passport size photos done of ur NB. Darik is full of patience & so passionate about his work. He took the perfect shot of our bub in one go. Would definitely visit this post office again

I was going to pick up my parcel and I walked into the store and showed the collect card.The post office lady asked if I got a physical ID, otherwise she couldn’t give me the parcel. I showed her an email with my name and address on it. And I explained to her, as the card saying, the card and identification with address would work and I went to other post offices before and they only need the name and address together. But she still said no.And she started being so rude and impatient to me. When I explained to her, her colleague started aggressively pointing at me with his finger and asked me to leave. And they two started to blame me and yell at me together for not following the rules.Then I asked the lady would a digital photo ID work, she said she’ll have a look. And I spent 10mins trying to find the photo ID on my phone and they finally gave me the parcel.They should’ve told me that the digital one works at first but they didn’t. Instead, they were very RUDE and IMPATIENT during the whole time which made me super uncomfortable and frustrated!I’ll never walk into this store anymore! NO SERVICE, NO POLITE, NO RESPECT.

Very rude customer service. I walked in stood next to another customer and was told, „we are closed!“Without saying hello or smiling - just rude!It was 12.04 -I did not know opening times and the door was open…Very very reluctantly I was able to pick up my postage -
