Pharmacist was friendly and somewhat helpful.Just never seem to be able to find a staff member on the floor when needed - the store has a HUGE range of products.

Extremely slow. Guy walked off then come back 4 times before I was served.

I have been using antihistamines for years, 30 years to be precise, called in to get another box of Polaramine only to be given the 3rd degree.My medical history is actually NON of your business.I’m a 60 yr old woman & she asked if I was pregnant!! Do I look pregnant!!I certainly will NOT be recommending this store or service to anyone.

I have Dermatitis and I'm under the care of a dermatologist. I was instructed to purchase Telfast 180 mg. Take two in the morning and two at night. Tried to buy two packets. Older woman behind the checkout asked why two packets. Explained and she proceeded to give me medical advice contradicting the Dermatologist. She had all the answers......... What an incredible medical wealth of BS..... She should run for Mayor! Opps.... I mean chief health officer for the cleaning of the local sewage plant given her massive contributions.I asked to speak with a Pharmacist and she told me to leave. Sent a complaint to Chemist Warehouse H.O. 3 months ago, despite repeated request for an update, nothing back. My case number is 330811 in case anybody want to see if they can get an answer. Good luck.......lol.Look out for the Chemist warehouse Quack. Older lady with dark hair and has an opinion on everything.Went to Ramsay Pharmacy and received great service without the compelling cometary.

Chemist Warehouse Wangaratta. Such rude staff.I arrived as they were closing there doors. I had to get test strips for my diabetes and they were trying to refuse me entry because they were closed.I explained to them we had literally travelled an hour because our local chemist was shut and I had family over all day so wasn't able to make the trip any earlier. 1 lady went back to speak with the pharmacist and when she came back they still tried to refuse me.I said it was an URGENT matter. I NEEDED test strips so I was able to check my sugar levels.This lady told me to wait and she will speak to the pharmacist again.After the third or 4th time, they finally let me in but told me rudely HURRY UP and GET BACK OUT.I've never experienced such a rude encounter with a chemist before.I will not be going back!!

Staff are helpful and pleasant. Got what l wanted no dramas

Terrible experience here, I was quoted $77.00 for my prescription medication when I told them I have never paid anymore than $52.00 which was a Chemist Warehouse in Coolangatta they said that was the best price they could do, I left and tried my luck at the Glenrowan Pharmacy, his price $47.20…..check around people Chemist Warehouse may claim to be the cheapest but they are NOT!

Some of the worst and most heartless service I have ever received.After attending the store for an emergency prescription of anxiety and depression medication, I was told that I would need to contact a virtual doctor and get a script. I promptly did this in the carpark outside and went to return only to be told I couldn't come in as the store was two minutes after closing time.I pleadead with the pharmacist who was still inside because the next nearest pharmacy was an hour away, but despite having only just spoken to me and heard my needs, I was told that she wouldn't serve me because I was the second person to need a script just as they closed.When did two minutes of a person's life become more important than our mental health?
