Mr Stacky Australia

I received our Mr Stacky four weeks ago and these are our results so far. Our strawberry plant has fruit already and the lettuce is ready for leaf picking. It was very easy to assemble and its mobility ensures that all sides of the tower receive enough light. it is very easy to water and I was impressed with the instructions and extras that came with it. I will be purchasing more for our adult children as Christmas presents.

There have been issues with this system from the get go. The customer service is horrendous. I either get the same reply, not addressing the issue or speaking about something else entirely unrelated to what I asked for help problem solving or they copy and paste the information form their pump supplier.Even after having the pump replaced, the system was not self watering.The product itself simply does not work consistently.It has been over a month since the last response from them after three emails following up and asking for a response.I do not recommend this business at all.

The product is good - works as described. The only downside is customer service. I ordered a “stone” reservoir but received grey. I was concerned about the dark colour being too hot in my climate. After several days the response was “I don’t see what the problem is.” Clearly, the problem is that I didn’t get what I ordered., but I left it. I then ordered the nutrient and was only supplied with one bucket rather than the two that were listed in the description and instructions - but I dare not ring to complain! I am currently trying to find Tupperware containers big enough. Having said that, these issues don’t affect the product, and I have been very happy with the product.

Thank you for the robust pot stand. It's a beauty. Strong and doing the job very nicely. Way better than big chain store versions. And the couriers were also great and speedy. Thumbs up guys, buy Aussie. More orders to come!

Buying my Mr Stacky was the best choice I've made all year. I'm not blessed with a green thumb - honestly, I can barely keep myself alive, so I need to rely on technology created by people smarter than I am to bring my dreams to life.Mr Stacky was easy to put together, with clear and concise instructions as well as a link to a YouTube video if you're struggling.I recommend Mr Stacky to anyone who, like me, struggles with keeping things thriving as well as to anyone with limited space. A little sunlight is all you need!

Mr Stacky is awesome, i got 2 of the Large and 4 of the Medium, i think it works best with a water pump cycling through the water, however i still manually water.Ours are filled with strawberries, and used a mix of 6 parts coco peat, 3 parts compost, 1 part sand.

Cool product and can't wait to use it...but customer service isn't great. I received the three tier planter kit for Christmas but it is missing bottom drip tray. My sister-in-law (who ordered) tried to contact, but no response. I've completed the online form a few weeks ago and no response. Phone number online does not work.Would be great to hear from someone and receive my missing piece so I can get planting.

Great product and service making amazing leaps in self sufficiency and reducing our stamp on the earth in general. Love that I can now order organic nutrients, complete one stop shop for everything that you need. Had a small issue with the pump to start with but received help and a solution within a week. 6weeks in and I am so glad I took the leap and bought the 3 tower solar package. Planted seedlings in winter in Brisbane and 6 weeks later have kale, silverbeet, sage, radishes, spinach, rocket, mint available to eat in abundance. Beetroot, zucchini, tomatoes, beans and peas nearly ready for harvest plus much much more!

$140 worth of MR Stacky Nutrient powder A and B except its not powder its gone hard and seperated and also mixed into a mess. I was expecting powder. I am not an expert but Mr Stacky have told me this product is still usable

I got this for Christmas from my husband! I absolutely love it! It is really well made, feels super sturdy and can be wheeled around to chase the sun! I have so far filled one with ornamentals but will put a second one in the vegetable garden with herbs and strawberries! Delivery was really quick and the customer service was absolutely outstanding! Could not recommend this product or company more highly!
