We stayed in our own caravan and used the ammenities. They were nothing short of disgusting. The floors were “washed” occasionally but never cleaned with lots of marks that were there for the 7 days we were there. In the mens the hygiene was even worse. Old pieces of soap in the groove/channeling near one of the shower doors was still there when we left. Toilets were ordinary with everything feeling very grotty. One toilet wasn’t working but was still open for use. The look of it was foul! Safety light outside the ladies had blown. Workers looked like they were trying to smarten up grounds but grass area over grown. Some of the permanent vans gave the park a look of neglect. Didn’t see many happy workers. This has been the worst park we have stayed in.

The staff literally do not understand the size of rigs. We got given a camping spot for our huge set up and was spoken to really rudely by a woman waving a clipboard almost shouting at us for needing to move. Very bizarre. We set up and she came back and told us we had to move our van back 2 meters but we were in line with the other caravans. We had set the legs down and asked if there was any way we could leave it and she rolled her eyes. It's just not Good is it? The power didn't work and again, we were spoken to like idiots for not being in the correct plug. We were then told to plug into a 10amp plug....ermmm vans take 15?! How can you not know that? When we explained she laughed and scoffed and shook her head. Then told us to enjoy our stay, haha! Really not a great park. The showers are clean but the staffwe had were absolutely awful. Worst park we've been to in a long time.

Excellent beds so comfy stayed in deluxe cabin had everything tv, microwave, toaster, kettle heaps of utensils and mugs not those little tea cups. Swimming pool and park with huge inground trampoline. Right opposite Barwon River Reserve so great to go walking even a Frisbee golf course. Would definitely stay here again.

Could not rate this place highly enough. The staff at reception from Lyn to Sarah are amazingly helpful, kind and considerate. Best receptionists i’ve come across in many years of travelling. The studio cabins are beautiful, well equipped and clean with hot showers and modern bathrooms.Beds are comfortable and the Kitchenette facilities in the room work perfectly.Only downside was the wifi which worked intermittently, it was fine one day and barely worked the next two. If you’re not bothered by this though id highly recommend this place.

We stayed on a powered site over the Easter weekend and the park were amazing for the kids offering free popcorn, ice creams, colouring competitions and Easter bunny meet and greets. The kids had a great time.

Great location. Did get a delayed check-in by 2 hrs but thankfully were offered a late check-out. Jumping pillow was a hit for our little fella. Good value for what we paid.

Park is well kept staff friendly. Kitchen facilities good but needs more stuff eg toster and a cook top that is faster tee towel for drying. Washing machines expensive $5 per load. Efpos operated washing and drying machinezs would be useful.

I booked a cabin for one night and was very surprised with what I got for the price. It has everything you need, even a dvd player, hair dryer, electric blankets etc. The bed was comfortable, but there's quite a lot of noise from the road. The wifi didn't work on my 2 devices unfortunately, but I didn't mind for one night. The ladies at the reception were really sweet!

We were warmly greeted by reception staff and given clear and concise instructions and a map of how to locate our cabin. The cabin was a good size for the two of us, all we could need for a nights stay. It was a little dated and the bathroom has the definite smell of mould however we noted from the information given that substantial renovations/updates of the cabins are underway therefore hopefully addressed soon. We noted they requested you to clean your dishes, which isn't an issue, however it doesn't appear to be any checking of the same as the cups were dirty on arrival. The ceiling fans could also do with a good clean. A reverse cycle aircon is provided and blissfully working allowing us to sleep comfortably. The location of this park is easily accessed and directly across the road from a lovely reserve/park, which makes for a peaceful time. Despite spotting a busload of teenage school children arriving at the same time, the park itself was relatively quiet during our stay. We would choose to stay again, next time we'll opt for a newly renovated cabin.
