I met Agnes briefly at Bondi markets last Sunday and was impressed by her range of fun and sparkly earrings at terrific prices. I asked her when she’d be back for my Christmas shopping. She told me but said everything I could see and more was available online. So on Wednesday night I put in an order for six pairs. She sent them on Thursday via express post and the parcel arrived today, Friday. The earrings are perfect – even better than they looked online – and came beautifully packaged, with sweet gifts for me including a pair of studs in my favourite colour (purple), plus a note saying when she’d be back at Bondi. I also received emails tracking the order and a thank you email. It’s super impressive customer service. I’m thrilled, thank you!
