Caring comes to mind. Being a healthy 50+ man when I fractured my wrist I had no idea what was before me. My Dr referred me to them and I'm so thankful he did.Reception Staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly AND organised. Very thorough and professional physios who know what they're talking about. Very accommodating. Visited here to take care of an injured finger while playing cricket. Was seen by Emily who was very knowledgable and practical in her approach & assessments. Shame she only works on certain days. Also was seen by Sally for an urgent followup to put on a new splint, who was also very professional, thorough and was a perfectionist(in a good way). Just as an observation; the splints by both Physios were shaped differently. but both the splints were just as good, served their purpose, fitted well and importantly were made with care.Highly recommend this place.
