If only all stores operated with such attention to their customers. The staff listen effectively to my needs and provided various options.It was if I was a family member. They were caring and new their business very well. And as this was not enough, the item I bought was delivered to my door, free of charge.........144km away. Unbelievable service. A VERY BIG THANKYOU

I cannot recommend Sandra and her team more highly… I only discovered this fantastic ink cartridge shop in the first Covid lockdown when they managed to source a printer for us when no one else could do it. Staff at Cartridge Universe Hampton are exceptional at customer service and bend over backwards to look after small business and the HAMPTON community. I urge you to give them a try and receive the same fantastic experience that we do!

Cartridge Universe in Hampton have been fantastic. They have literally driven across town to access a cartridge urgently for us and attended my business after hours on a Friday evening to sort out a problem with a printer. Cannot recommend them more highly. Many thanks to Sandra.

Sandra and Tim go to the n'th degree with service and supplies- including troubleshooting the printer requirements for my 87 year old Dad when he had a recent printer failure! No task to big or small. Can't recommend them highly enough! (Sandra als o REALLY impressed my dad with her telephone analysis and problem solving. He is spending the lockdown setting up and testing his new printer!)

The team at Cartridge World in Hampton are friendly and the service is excellent. They’ve saved me a lot of ink and money — and cost themselves in the process — with their advice on my printing needs (which are voluminous) during the pandemic. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
