Customer service consultant Jeff was extremely rude when my friend wanted to perform a hearing check. My friend did not look 27+ as stated was needed to do a check but was in fact 28 years old. Afterwards while my friend was doing his self serve test the consultant was talking to the customer he was serving about said friend shaking his head with an aggressive/agitated expression.I believe Jeff should not be working in a customer service role if he cannot control his emotions & treat every customer with respect.

Got fitted for hearing aids by Bay Audio 3 years ago. Benita and the ladies are are always helpful. Benita is always happy to spend time making any adjustments. I can highly recommend them as there ongoing aftercare is A+ for service.

Good service, the lady continued to offer the most exnsiveone on the market when partner and I went in and had the hearing checked - when my partner (like most) only has minor hearing loss in one ear...he still apparently needed the mewest one on the market. She seemed very desperate to sell it!!.After that 9 months later we are still receiving phone calls from Bay Audio and after leaving numerous voice messages....we blocked the number. They seem very desperate to make a sale it's very uneasy and concerning as a customer to be harassed in this way. We have since blocked the number. But U fortunately they can only leave voice messages which they continue to do. ( never been so harassed and preassure into by a company before just to purchase something . Feel so bad for the elderly that palm the money out to the ladies at Bay Audio Toombul.Please....almost a year and you continue to still call for a sale.
