I've been to a few different lash salons but I always go back to Jean. I have short, thin Asian lashes but she always looks after the health of my natural lashes. I always have a comfortable and relaxing service at her salon. Very clean space!I love how she created every set depending on the clients eye shape as one size doesn't fit all!She has an eye for detail and ensures you look beautiful before you leave. Thank you so much Jean for making me beautiful!

Jean is a very professional and knowledgeable lash artist, who truly takes the time to consult with you to cater an individual style of lash to suit your eye shape. I have been going to Jean for quite some time now and each time she provides a very comprehensive service that I have never experienced before and always makes me feel comfortable. Throughout each service Jean is honest and caring and as a result I absolutely love the style of my lashes. I am also extremely impressed with how long they last and how gentle the lash shampoo is that she provides. I am so happy I found her, I cannot recommend Jean enough!

Jean is honestly the best in the biz! I’ve been getting eyeliner effect from her consistently over a year now and her work is flawless every time! They are the longest lasting lashes I have ever had and even look good when I’m due for an infill!

Jean is absolutely amazing. I've been going to her for over 3 years now and I cant recommend her enough. My lashes last for weeks on end, I get compliments all the time on them and I absolutely love them. I travel 45 minutes to get to Jean and would honestly travel hours for her service. She's professional, has a very high standard, is so welcoming, down to earth and has become a great friend. Her hours are great and she is always flixable. Her knowledge is amazing and if you ever need advice on what style to get she will not lead you astray. I always walk out of her salon 110% over the moon with my lashes and wouldnt go anywhere else. 1000/10 ❤️

The best tweezers the grip is unreal! The lash tiles are beautiful I’ve always had boring white ones, so happy to have cute ones now. Shipping was super quick and packaged so beautifully <3 thank you

I cannot recommend Jean enough. She provided me with a thorough consultation and customised the lash design to suit my eye shape for the best results. She was also very transparent and thoroughly explained how to maintain my lashes to get the most out of them. Her clinic was very clean and she continued to follow hygiene protocols throughout the appointment. It was the first time I have ever gotten eye lashes and she ensured that I remained comfortable throughout the process, I did not feel a thing and no stinging or red eyes! The end result is amazing and I have received so many compliments. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a lash artist who is passionate and takes pride in the work she does and I will continue to come here :)

After going to a few lash techs, Jean was the first to sit me down and discuss personal behaviours that could effect how long my lashes would last. On top of this, she really focused on the shape of my eye and offered her professional opinion on what style and length would best suit me.When we realised that I was reacting to the glue, she searched around for alternatives and washed my eyes after each session which stopped this from occurring.Jean is beyond professional, understanding and accomodating each clients needs and is always developing her skills to offer so many different styles.
