They never answer the phone, if you get a message from them, it's almost impossible to get back to them, they call with private number, many times, not helpful. This is a business offering a much needed service, they have forgotten that

Very difficult to reach. Constantly leaving messages and rarely getting a response. Very stressful to deal with which is unfortunate considering the sort of service they are supposed to be offering. I have heard great things about the psychologists that work here but unfortunately the reception is lacking customer service and care.

Went office tried to book in and am a patient of Nigel's. The person on front desk said I need another referral I started having a panic attack so I ask to call me pls. She rang and I explained it will take me two weeks to c my g.p can I make a pre appointment so it won't take to long to c Nigel she said no need referral. She started to tell me all about her friend with mental problems. I asked if she had a degree and said I really don't need to hear about ur problems. Reply can u pls not b aggressive. All I wanted is to get some help back to my old syk in Melbourne. I feel the person on the desk should not discuss about there own life when someone is reaching out for help no support from front desk but Nigel is a great perso and would always recommend him I went in to make appointment because I new from past experiences the never reply

Good experience, helped a lot - supportive,professional and friendly service in lovely offices. Would highly recommend.
