Clear Nail Laser Clinics

Only posting this to offer an honest review that balances out the positive ones, as I don’t like posting negative reviews. I’ve had toenail fungus for nearly 15 years and received hot laser treatment about 5 years ago (in the US), which wiped out the fungus in all but the nail that was the first to be infected. I was amazed at the results! So I came to this clinic with similar hopes.However, I checked with a podiatrist prior to this, and he said because the fungus was in the matrix of my nail, laser wouldn’t work. I figured I’d look into it anyway, as it’s such a great alternative to Lamisil. I asked the professionals at Clear Nail about this, and they were very optimistic. I came I realise, however, that they’re not trained clinicians, just techs who are taught the basics of this business. Turns out the podiatrist was right.Unfortunately, a year later and I haven’t had any reduction in fungus at all. I’ll try hot laser again, since it worked so well the first time, and if that doesn’t drastically reduce it, I’m considering Lamisil, which I’ve been hopeful to avoid.I give 2 stars instead of 1 because their customer service was great.

Hate to do this,but truth be told.Ive read great reviews but mine was not.My first was good, second ok,third disappointment,I dread the fourth.I sent email to office of my disappointment.Emily was good but not enough I came,waited in cold wind outside,she saw me,didn't open door,busy with phone,I was ignored as a paying patient.Drove more than 1and half hours from Central coast to my disappointment.She said she'll attend to my toe nails,but never Small lie.Also ,I brought 3 friends for treatment,we went back disappointed.This is unethical, practice,real bad.i demand refund for 2 undone treatment.Zro rating.Not recommended.poor service.

Was greeted really warmly, I had my first booking with Isabel. She was very professional made great conversation and was able to address all of my questions, highly recommend. The space is really nice and well kept.

I found this place to be very good and the staff very professional. The follow up messages and checkups were great.The treatment can be expensive but it's an effective and quite quick way of treating in retrospective.Thank you!

I am so grateful to Clear Nail Laser Clinic and especially to Michelle the clinician. Diagnosis was swift and the treatment was pain free. Everything happened just like Michelle described it would and no judgement either, which was a real relief. My nails are almost fully grown back and looking their old selves! This treatment isn’t cheap, but the outcome was absolutely worth the investment, they even followed up to make sure my treatment was a success months later. I couldn’t be happier; thanks for the chats Michelle.

I would recommend this to anybody with any issues with nails. I was blown away by the professionalism of the clinician who attended to me. The results were amazing - I had a really yucky toenail which I was quite ashamed of and by the time she had finished, she'd managed to cut the majority of it away which meant I could wear open toed sandals for the first time in many months. The whole thing was completely pain free and worth every cent I paid. Great value.

I really had high hopes for this clinic after seeing the video presentation on their website. However, I wasn't comfortable with the service offered by my technician, Michelle, and decided to cancel after 3 very expensive sessions. First of all, she misquoted me the price and when I went for my first session she tried to upscale the fees by quite a large amount. She agreed to honor the original quotation price after I protested. I asked her a lot of questions about laser study as reviews tend to be poor about its effectiveness, but she could not answer those questions. She admitted she had a retail background and was doing this as a 'career change' but clearly did not have an understanding of dermatology or the underlying causes of fungus. She used a device to shave my nails down till they were painfully thin, leaving them susceptible to worse infection. One my nails split in the middle because the shaving was so severe. She did not file down my toenails properly, leaving them very jagged, and it's common sense to have the nails filed straight to avoid ingrown nails. I realise treatment takes time but I just could not justify coming back here when there was no improvement after almost a month. The nails are starting to grow back even more cloudy and white than before :(.
