These guys did a great job replacing my windscreen then dropped the car off to my mechanic for it's service.

Edited:Apologies if this was unclear and seemed like I wasn’t telling the truth.I brought my vehicle into you to have my windscreen replaced through my insurance even though they advertised my that I should use one of their recognised fitters. I had my windscreen replaced because of a crack.After The windscreen was replaced (not the rubber seal) it started leaking and not just a little bit either. Both footwells were getting soaked resulting in having to remove the carpets and interior to dry. This happened on multiple occasions. As well as that the water was dripping off the grab handle on the drivers A pillar and onto the window switches resulting it water damage and having to be replaced.When you finally would agree to a water test after you telling me on multiple ocasiones that you weren’t going to refit it but you would re-seal it but you would need 5 dry days, you yourself witnessed the amount of water coming into the vehicle. Finally you agreed to put a new seal in with no apologies.Picking up the vehicle and being presented a nearly $400 invoice (with no discount as said)During this time I made multiple calls to well known windscreen fitters in Bathurst and Sydney asking if this was common. Every single one of them said they wouldn’t even think about fitting a new windscreen without a new seal.It would have been really nice if the job was done properly in the first place to save all this.

The peace of mind, clear experience and amazing customer service had me raving about this place to everyone I talked to.
