I am editing my review after my latest issue was resolved. I mainly had issues with shipment (Aramex) and there was a delay and once it was changed to Auspost, I started receiving my boxes. Lisa has been very responsive to my queries and she tries to resolve my issues.

I have been shopping online at Goodness Me for almost a year now and love it. I love the range of organic brands and ease of ordering with the new feature of my lists and recommended lists. I do one shop each month and always love to see what new products they have. Always find what I am looking for here. If I have ever had an issue (only minor product out of stock or broken in post) it has always sorted promptly with great service. Highly recommend.

I love the subscription boxes from GoodnessMe. It's super fun to get a surprise in the mail each month and I've discovered some really great brands that I wouldn't have otherwise ever found.The customer service that I have received has been great too. Really friendly and quick.

Best ever experience for me a lovely surprise box every month! Made with lots of passion love and care, only good quality products inside, who makes you feel happy and healthy, discovering new tastes of food without regrets. Every single person should give it a try to see what happens just a little warning ⚠️ you could get very quickly hooked to and never ever miss it out! Sadly I have to leave the my most delicious loved box behind me due moving Overseas to Canada. But I strongly recommend! This company is heaven sent! It has all the gluten free goodies we could imagine and many products we didn’t! We always look forward to the parcel at the beginning of the month, to try products we haven’t seen before or have hesitated to try. The online store is easy to get lost in as it has even more items we want to try. Everything is always packaged well, with glass being wrapped individually in environmentally friendly shredded paper/cardboard.Any time we have had questions or there has been an issue, the staff has always been friendly and helpful with quick responses. Many thanks to all the staff at Goodness Me.Highly recommended and will continue to subscribe to this great company. 5 stars

Ordered specific allergy free products when they turned up they had the allergen in them. Customer service poor and didn't read emails correctly they just sent me a $10 voucher when I had way more than that in unusable product. Didn't even ask what products they were so they could fix on their site so it didn't happen to others. Issue was eventually resolved
