I just want to thank Erin and staff members at south point for truly showing care and a professional response to an incident when my children and I were there .We were put in a very difficult, confronting situation as a person that we have a family violence order on walked into the store and my children and I were quite unsettled as the triggers of fear took over, they responded in such a caring way and made sure we were ok when he left the store .Thank you Erin and all the staff there, my family are so very grateful .

Very helpful staff and excellent value for money. Lots of styles to choose from and was treated like an individual and the staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects of getting glasses.

Quick and easy, fair price. I didn't like been hassled by a salesperson in a flat monotonous voice as if reading from a script about hearing aids. If and when I believe I need a hearing aid, I will discuss the matter with my GP, not a salesperson. Hearing aids are important medical devices not something to be spruiked like this weeks specials at Coles or ALDI.

I have provided comments before about Specsavers very very good service, and I sincerely thank them for the help and assistance. They were professional and caring and understanding and it was an excellent experience for my first time at Specsavers. I will certainly be back and I will certainly recommend them to my friends - especially the team at the Tuggeranong store
