Relatively new (at the time of writing) place to eat on the peninsula. Top notch food, friendly service, prices on par for the area. Recommended.

Dinner for 6, no problem. Each dish was excellent and fantastic value for money. Very friendly staff and highly recommended. I will certainly visit this restaurant again the next time I am in Sydney.

We tried The Gold Cutlery for the first time on Friday night. Lovely freshly cooked and tasty food. We had the arancini balls, Korean pancake, the crispy chicken and the bibimbap. All really good - great addition to Balmain and we will be back soon!

Delicious Korean food and they are always very accommodating with our 3 small children. The kimchi pancake is so yum! Everything was great!

Tried this for the first time last night. Very pleasantly surprised. It wasn't the usual Korean chilli-fest I was expecting. The dishes we had were all quite mild with delicate flavours and very delicious. The service was quick and unobtrusive. The low price was another nice surprise

Food was delicious and made with quality ingredients. We really enjoyed this place and will be back! Price is on par to the area and reasonable. Service was great too !

Tried this place with my partner on Tuesday night. Food was fantastic, great atmosphere and very nice friendly staff. Definitely recommend the KimChi Arancini - a modern twist and the kimchi aioli dip it was served with was amazing - and everything else was equally delicious!

It’s nice to have a Korean restaurant in the hood! The food is tasty, in generous portions and at a reasonable price. I particularly enjoyed the spicy squid with noodles. The complementary roasted green tea is also a nice touch. The service was efficient and friendly and it’s a nice and airy dining space. Definitely give it a go!

We live close and passed by many times but never felt like going in. I wasn't sure what type of restaurant it was and felt the name was weird (golden would be better I guess). But the main thing keeping me from going inside was the lighting. Way too much bright light, not a cosy inviting atmosphere. But then they put paper signs up saying it was a Korean restaurant and we love korean food. We went and we were not disappointed. Food was amazing, super delicious and service was great. We had our favourite korean beer. Our 4 year old ate a big plate of greens. We left very happy and will return, even though the bright lights bothered me a lot.
