No good at customer service...I hope they change or at least train staff better.

Aust Post InsanityMy mail was not arriving at my new Bathurst address so I posted myself a letter from the Bathurst Post office. At the counter I asked how long it would take to get to my letter box. The embarrassed postal clerk told me three days. What, Three days, I could crawl there in 2 hours.She explained sheepishly that the letter would go to Sydney to be sorted and then come back to Bathurst to be delivered.Now here’s the interesting bit. If you pay $0.50 extra we can deliver it tomorrow for you. Ok I said and paid the extra. Then I checked my mail box the next day. Nothing. The next day, still nothing and then finally on the third day my letter arrived.Clearly Australia Post is run by idiots who have mastered economic rationalism and gone stark raving mad. I feel sorry for the staff who do their best to keep customers happy when their idiot masters do crazy things like this.

A quick and efficient spot to post items I've sold. Prices are pretty good with tracking provided too.

Great store layout and great friendly professional staff. Few Good bargains in aisle that were too good to resist, staff always have good knowledge of products . A short waiting time which is added bonus.

Rudest customer service. Incredibly impatient and uninviting.

Bathurst post officeThree weeks ago went to my post box to get my mail just to find my Bank Statement had been opened and not even in a envelope .Went inside line up and asked lady if this is how your mail gets send she said no i will get the Manager she said I will find out what happened gave my phone number didn't even bother to ring .Made a call to the Post office complaints gave me a reference number had to ring back to get a answer They said no one ever tampers with your mail getting a answer is like getting blood from a stone
