Bunnings Warehouse is a one-stop-shop for all your hardware, gardening, and DIY needs. Their prices are competitive, and the quality of their products is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to offer advice and assistance. I bought a bike locker in this place couple of weeks ago. I use it to put in my fence, some criminal mind put glue around it I couldn't open afterwards. First time happening this to me I thought the locker itself got melt, with out thinking anything else. Therefore I went to the information desk to find out. But the lady on the counter was so rude to me. She said to me that if I come back for a refund she will be there and the camera watching me. I was shocked by hearing this. It was just 10$ locker, I don't wanted any refund if it's not the fault of the product. Profiling everyone in same category when it meets certain category I assume it's the color of my skin in my case. People like myself haven't gone there to get a free refund. If you offer me the refund it's not the products fault I would never take the money. I still have decency left in me. And by the way don't need to check the camera as I will not return back to this place anymore.

Went to buy a shovel. Self serve checkouts closed, regular checkouts were not staffed. Only one staff member serving, he was alone at the info desk dealing with equipment rental and people waiting for returns/exchanges. Lined at at the info desk to make my purchase. Big line formed there of others doing the same. Staff member at the entrance looking at the unstaffed registers and the long line that wasn’t moving, waited ten minutes before she called for staff to come open a register. Still waited ages, no one came. How does a massive store with multiple registers not have a single one open? How does someone operating a register just walk off and leave all registers unattended for an extended period of time without someone else replacing them? Why is every Bunnings I go in to completely useless? I’ve previously managed retail for years as well as running the front-of-house for a major national institution; it’s not hard to make sure that bare minimum registers are manned at all times, even when short staffed.

Two roads in, and only one road out, which can require considerable patience on a Saturday afternoon. When the invigilator goes on a toilet break and cordons off the self-checkouts, one catches a glimpse of the mindless future of robotic retail. It seems that ‘lowest prices’ WERE ‘just the beginning.’ But, now that they have extinguished almost all of their competitors, the prices don’t seem that impressive. If it wasn’t for the community group sausage sizzle and the late hours, I would have to question why I come here. One nice development, however, is that this place became dog-friendly almost overnight following lockdown 2.0. I have to admit that putting the cavoodle in a Bunnings trolley and taking him for a cruise up and down a few aisles is actually a bit fun and not something one can do in many other places.

Excellent! Staff are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist.Over the years I've come across multiple outstanding staff members here with marvellous customer service skills. If a staff member isn't sure on the topic. Generally will get another staff member who specialises in that area.Highly recommend for all DIY projects and Bunnings related items

Usually get what i want here. Sometimes its easier to find stuff online and where the location is. Not always easy to get a staff member to talk to.This place was packed on the 1st of Jan. Crazy amount of people everywhere. It's no way we would have been allowed to have that many people covid restrictions days. Reminder to self don't come in when everyone else is on leave.

I went to Bunnings to look at buying a large rug. Whilst looking at the different rugs not one staff member asked if I needed help. Had to go and find a staff member to get chosen rug for me. Rug was 200 x 290 (very large) .. it was found and handed to me with no offer of assistance to take to checkout. Approaching the checkout, another staff member who was sitting cross legged on the floor, asked me if I needed help as I was struggling with large rug plus other item. She helped me scan the rug then left me to it. No offer of help to the car. I am very happy with the purchased products, but was very disappointed with the lack of staff assistance from this store.

The whole store depend on 1 staff who knows how to cut a carpet.Waited 30mins just for a carpet to be cut and still bloody waiting hopeless!!The worse service I've experienced.

The hire shop must be hopeless ...Waiting to hire a brick saw might be expected - given there's only 1 machine in the Belconnen store, but ...Their machine has been out of service" since October 2022 ... and still sits there waiting for someone to organise repairs. It's now coming up to 4 months that no-one has arranged for the repairs !!!Really poor level of service delivery !!"
