I've been calling since November and I still can't get anyone from this place to call me back, and leaving emails has gotten me nothing.Worst customer service ever, unsure how they have multiple locations if there receptionist don't check emails, voice mails or even answer the phone when someone calls.

Have been having sessions with psychologist Emily for some time now. She has been very kind, empathetic, professional and helpful with working through various issues, and am grateful to have encountered her. Would recommend this service 100%.

Over the past year I have been seeing Emily from psychcentral in Bankstown, she honestly is amazing she's the best psychologist that I have ever visited, she has helped me in every area that I have struggled in, for the first time in my life I am happy, I am relaxed and I can see things clear. I am blessed to have met her a known such an amazing person.

Charges a $80 cancellation fee or puts a block on your name and future appointments if u cancel less than 24 hours so If a emergency or life happens instead of rescheduling you they charge you. They should have leniency in a emergency situation or if something is out of your controll.

Primary motive of this bussiness is to eat ndis funds....the owner of the bussiness is so rude ask for justification she ll treat you like a garbage....
