I couldn't recommend Ignite enough. Matthew repaired my gas hot water system in no time. Reliable, helpful and quality workmanship. It's hard to find services out there that hit all the marks, will definitely be using Ignite for all installments/repairs in the future.

The Ignite team were highly professional in installing split system air conditioners!They explained everything clearly and took time to understand what we wanted.They even went to the extra effort of purchasing and replacing tiles on our roof that were already broken.I highly recommend them!

I had few issues with my heating and cooling system. Thanks Google search to introduce me Ignite. Matt and his crews are not only professional but also patient to listen to customers. He provided an advisable solution based on my requirements.I ended up installing a Daikin air conditioner with ducted system. This large project took 4 days to complete. Matt gave a very detailed plan at the beginning and briefed me daily scope of work every morning. I can't recommend more this business.

Matt provides a professional service. We had our previous system replaced (ducting and heating system) and Ignite Heating took care of everything from removal, cleaning and installation. They keep you informed of their progress and are quick to respond to any queries. We'll definitely use them again for our cooling requirements.

Matthew and his team installed brand new ducted heating in our house in a professional, reliable and friendly manner, with excellent communication along the way. Matthew always made the time to thoroughly answer our many questions, and ensured that we understood the installation process and associated costs well. He was also able to assist us with additional services including removal of an old gas wall heater and with fixing a stove gas leak. Really happy with the work from Ignite! They fixed our heater on the same day we called at a very reasonable price, provided lots of detail and even photos of the work they did, and gave advice on how I could seal some gaps myself to improve my heater's efficiency.

Matthew @ignite was recommended by a work colleague. Matthew supplied and installed 3 split system aicons in our house. During the initial inspection Matthew explained in detail the install process and provided expert advice on systems and outputs required for the various rooms. I must say that the outcome was even better than expected. He and his team are professional, punctual and super neat. All rubble was removed from site and garage was swept clean. Clear communications around installation dates and arrival times with minimum inconvenience to me while I worked from home. A great experience and my wife loves the new aircons.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I recently had an ageing ducted heating system replaced with a completely new central ducted AC (including zoning). From quoting through to installation their customer service was phenomenal. Their attention to detail, excellent communication and product knowledge puts them far above the competition. I would not hesitate to use Ignite again, I wish all trades were as good as these guys!
