Unprofessional and incompetent carers. We officially cancelled our children's enrolment in December 2021 due to uncertainty around COVID. Recently in early February 2022, we unexpectedly received an invoice of $1350.00 for care for our two children, both of which had their enrolments cancelled by a staff member. We are now being bullied to pay a ridiculous fee for doing the right thing; we cancelled the enrolments over the phone and now we are being told we never cancelled them. We did our part and these people are trying to scam families now, it's theft! Absolutely appaling people trying to rip people off and steal! You should be ashamed of yourselves
