Great service experience here at Lismore Kia. I asked for a quote for the service and some extra work and Mel came back to me with a estimate for the work, which was quite reasonable. They were friendly and helpful when I met them in the morning and the work was done faster than what they had prepared me for. I was picked up as I was walking around the town, and taken back by a friendly young bloke. All details were explained and the car was looking great from a wash and the engine sounded great too. Nothing to complain about thank you

Absolutely terrible service from the manager of Kia Service Lismore, he was confrontational and lacking in any communication skills after I questioned an issue with my car.Service has been great in the past but I will never use or recommend this service centre in the future.

Absolutely disgusting service from the sales team at this place. After waiting 5 months after placing a deposit on a vehicle, they still could not give any information as to when I would get my car. Finally had enough. Sourced same vehicle myself from another dealer and had it within a week.

Fantastic service from the service dept. everytime.I can not fault the team in how they look after their customers.4 yrs in.Communications are polite and easy,the team go through service details re what was done in the service.Requesting a loan car is easy. services are prompt and my car is washed andsparkling on pick up-.Always a pleasureable experience.....big thanks!
