Hibbards

Disappointed.Took almost 2 years for my investment property to be built when I was originally given a 9 month time frame. Communication was poor regarding progress and information on the build. Im personally aware of other friends and family who went through hibbards and recieved welcome gifts on settlement however all i recieved was a text message saying 'congratulations' and that was the last I heard. . Given this was my first investment at such a young age it was a truly disappointing experience.

Having had a professional relationship with Hibbards for nearly 4 years now I can confidently say that the whole team at Hibbards conduct such great business. From the team in Dubbo - current & previous, to the service desk, they are always so communicative, respectful, assiduous & knowledgeable! The culture & care for clients is so apparent. Massive shout out to Justin, Jo & Stacey for the great relationship over the years!

I am a professional.I purchased two Hibbards homes via Lifecorp as investment properties.Both homes have had numerous issues within only a few years of them being built. There have been several leaks. One air conditioning unit, a dish washer, bathroom cabinet, the garage remote and several other smaller things have needed replacing so far.Furthermore one of the homes has had major cracking of the walls/gyprock. I reported this to Hibbards within the warranty period, including photo evidence and an independent building report which stated the cracking is likely due to a structural matter (not simple movement cracks). After more than 2 years of exhausting email conversations with Hibbards and a member from Lifecorp and worsening cracking of the walls, I finally had to engage and pay another builder. Really satisfied with her genuine and transparent service.We are extremely happy with the house. There were a few minor things after the handover and they were quick to fix everything without problems.I would highly recommend Hibbard Homes to others.

Some of the most spectacular new builds I have seen. This company is really working with people to get them on the property ladder with serviceable debt levels. Well worth your time to view and compare.

Been in our place 2 years in July.. So many problems that Hibbards never fixed & we fought & fought, sent countless emails & made lots of calls.. We gave up as nothing was ever done. These things where part of our pre moving in inspection. Cracked mirror in bathroom, chipped vanity, bumps over power points in walls, chips & large marks etc... Now we have yellow stains covering our kitchen roof from leaks. Dodgiest building company ever, I never recommend them to anyone & never will. Good @ taking money, suck at customer satisfaction.

We went to Hibbards as a second home buyer hoping for their help to get back in to our own home. Both Justin and Jo helped us all the way through the process from our initial questions and concerns through to the homeloan application, mortgage brokers, insurances and through to settlement. Hibbards have now provided us with our own home that we never thought was possible. We are very greatful for Justin, Jo and Hibbards for making this possible. Thanks Hibbards

They bulit next door to my property have not Organised things properly currently still waiting on a fence that i payed for 3 weeks ago. Tried contacting them all I got was it was the classic it was someone else fault. Currently living a house without a fence that they were meant to put up. Not sure how they can bulid a house in 3 months but can put a fence in 6 weeks?

Can't say enough good things about Justin, Jo and the whole team at hibbards. How helpful and accommodating they were along the whole process. The help we received from everyone along every step of the way, cannot recommend the team enough.Service and quality is well above standards.If your on the market for your first home worth having a chat to the local team!

Don’t recommend, have had to replace so many things since owning our Hibbards home. Oven, letter box, towel racks, shower heads. Also had to patch up painting and wall cracks continually and had several leaks. They ignore feedback and emails and genuinely don’t care about their customers. Avoid!!!!!
