When our heat pump water heater died, Robert and the team had a new unit at my house within 18 hours. 3 other suppliers advised 2 weeks before they could get the unit we wanted. I highly recommend 1st Choice Hot Water, and am very appreciative of their high level of service.

Installer arrived head of time had the job done fast also very professionally installed I have nothing bad to say if I could give six stars I would. Very happy customer.

Friendly staff, amazingly quick delivery. Fantastic price (at least $250 cheaper than Reece and Tradelink). Not sure why anyone would shop elsewhere.I wish I needed more Hot Water Systems so I could buy more often!

I just needed a small hot water system for the kitchen as the main tank is a long way and hot water takes forever. 1st choice had the best price by far with delivery included. I ordered one day and it was delivered in perfect condition the next morning. Really excellent service.

The three guys who installed our new Rheem HWS, Robert, Peter and Panapa, did a great job. They were very helpful, friendly, and cleaned everything up when they were finished and took away our old system. The office staff were also a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.
