Have had shoulder surgery and Seven Star were engaged by the insurance company to ferry me to and from the hospital,physio and appointments with my surgeon.Outstanding customer service,friendly and professional drivers and lovely clean luxury cars.Highly recommend for anyone needing a car service,this company makes you,the customer feel special and I would not hesitate to use them again on my own behalf.Thank you Seven Star Passenger Service.

We arrive back in Adelaide from holidays with my daughter and our two grandchildren aged three and one. We booked this service because it meant that the children could have their own car seats as there was no one to pick us up with the safety features. The service was excellent. Our driver was waiting for us when we arrived even though the flight arrived early. He helped us bring our luggage to the car and to unload so it meant that we could concentrate on the children. The vehicle was very clean and the driver was extremely friendly. Thank you for the service we really appreciate it.

The lady on the phone was so rude....they charge you extra for the booking they told you in advanceDon't recommend this company at all....be aware from them.....not worth to book this company....

Used to transport me to respite twice.The 1st driver nearly caused an accident but verbally abused the other driver.The 2nd driver got angry about a covid news piece and raised his voice in anger because he didn't believe it was a threat.When needing respite, between surgery and a follow-up appointments, the last thing you need is to be made to feel even more vunerable in the care of angry drivers.This was booked through Flinders so I have no booking data to relate the issues to the owner of this service.

Generally good service, only two bad drivers ive had after 7 months of using the service on a weekly basis...however...Today i waited 30 mins for my taxi before sending them a message asking why they are late. 1hour and 16 mins after i had booked, the taxi arrived. For my next appointment today, they sent a Suburban taxi instead of sevenstars taxi and the driver damn near killed us both. Absolutely terrifying trip. My point is, if theyre late, dont complain cos theyll try to kill you.Edit: in the few hours since i was held up by this company, they are now denying me service completely despite it being an insurance job.Heartless, soulless company. How could you treat a crippled man this way! I am now forced to used suburban taxis because i had the courage to call Seven stars out on their mistake. Absolutely shameful behavior. Avoid this company at all costs.

This business is very professional. The car supplied was clean and comfortable. The driver was also very polite, professional and a great conversationalist. I have used this service for many years and have seen many changes. I will use this company again.
