Forget Me Not Weddings

We had our intimate micro wedding at Forget Me Not two days ago & it was absolute magic!! We planned our intimate wedding in less than 5 months, & Jo (the owner) was with us every step of the way. She was beyond helpful, always quick to respond, supportive & openly gave advice that helped guide us through our decisions.To say she knows what she's doing is an understatement. Jo is professional & kind, & worked tirelessly to make our dream come to life.Forget Me Not is stunning!! There are so many different aspects to this beautiful venue, so many options for ceremony & reception spots, & the photo opportunities?! Insane.. Everything about this venue was 'us'! Our reception under the stars was incredible, & we were blessed with the most gorgeous weather!!While Jo worked tirelessly coordinating our wedding, her partner Darcy took us up to the top of the hill in the RV for sunset photos, with a 360° view over the hinterland.When I say they have thought of everything, they have thought of everything! From the details to the natural charm of the venue, Forget Me Not is a dream come true.We can't thank Jo enough for making our day pure magic, we couldn't have done it without her.

Was this a dream…Jo was amazing, right from the time we went and had our first look at the property. We fell in love. Jo gave us many options to fit our budget and was so Accommodating in every way!My biggest concern was if we got rain.. and we did. They were all over it and it made for a better party!!on the day, she did everything to make things run smoothly! I just can’t stop gushing about how amazing she was.Her beautiful home that she shares as a wedding venue was my dream venue.Everyone just loved it!I can’t rate this enough because it was just perfect!

We cannot speak highly enough of Jo and the venue at Forget Me Not. Working through a pandemic was no trouble at all thanks to Jo and a reschedule was all too easy. The build up Jo was happy to answer our (many!) questions, and was a source of knowledge and calmness throughout. Changes to seating plans, run sheets etc were easily handled and at the end of the experience we felt like we were working with a friend. Jo helped make our day perfect! Highly recommend Jo!

We had our wedding at Forget Me Not two weeks ago and couldn’t recommend it enough. The venue was the perfect mix of farm and beach which suited my husband and I to an absolute T. Jo was amazing and so helpful from the very start, she ensured that we had everything covered and that the day went off without a hitch! Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how great the day was and how beautiful the venue is. We can’t wait to get our full photography album back so we can keep reliving the day!

My husband and I got married at Forget Me Not in the March of 2018. It is the most magical, tranquil and love filled setting. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautifully perfect day. All of our guests have said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and the location just made it more amazing.Jo is a dream to work with and will go above and beyond to make sure your day is everything you ever wished for. We had a beautiful intimate wedding ceremony and reception at Forget Me Not. With just our parents, siblings, niece and nephews in attendance we had such a great experience which was only enhanced by staying at the cottages in their property next door. The communication leading up to the wedding was great with Jo and on the day she couldn’t have been more attentive. The property is stunning, it was forecast to rain on our wedding day so we made arrangements to have the reception in their covered deck which was still a beautiful and very comfortable spot. The grounds and gardens were beautifully maintained and made for some stunning photos. We had an awesome time being driven up the hill in the back of Jo’s Kuboda RTV.The location is great, only being a short (and beautiful) drive to Byron, Bangalow (such a cute town) and Ballina.Forget Me Not Weddings is a very special venue and made even better by the lovely Jo.

We got married at the Forget Me Not property last November and we couldn't have been more happy with overall day. Jo who runs the property was a dream to deal with throughout the whole process. We are based in Melbourne and she would promptly respond to any request I had about our big day. She put us at ease and we knew everything would be managed perfectly. The property itself is breathtaking and beautifully kept. We had so many comments from our guest about how incredible it was. When the bus of guests first arrived entering the property they were speechless. It was honestly perfect! Thank you to Jo and her team for being so fabulous! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

There aren't enough words to explain how perfect our wedding experience was with Forget Me Not & Jo. The venue is so beautiful and Jo takes such great care of the beautiful gardens and grounds. It is the perfect backdrop for a stunning day.Jo made the entire planing process seamless and fun.
