The male owner is very defensive, we had an issue with our generator which is less than 1 year old. He basically told us that we abused our equipment and to ring the supplier ourselves. The generator was found to have an internal problem, no fault of ours. His customer service skills are severely lacking, arguing with us in front of other customers without any explanation of the problem. The female staff member was lovely and helpful after the chaos created by him…
