The 2 ladies today were absolutely lovely and soo helpful to me and my friend. They sat down with me and explained to me about my skin and suggested what I needed will definitely love to be served by them again

A very lovely young lady named Isabel served me today. Was very happy with her service. Very positive and sweet

The 2 young girls working on Thursday, 29-04-21 were the most genuine people ever! (For the life of me, I cannot remember their names). Brilliant customer service, beautiful manners and were super helpful!Both of them suggested products to suit me specifically and were super honest. I had a clumsy moment but they were right there to help me and to check that I was okay!Will definitely be back!

Went to the body shop today with my twins and the consultant Angela was so helpful and knew what I wanted. She showed me the range of things I was after(soaps, face wash and lip balms)and the other staff member occupied my twins while I shopped. The whole experience was very pleasant and enjoyable! Will definitely be returning to shop there for all my Beauty needs! Keep up the great work guys! :)

Very bad customer service, I believe the lady with hijab is the manager, too much pride! we’re asking to have a separate paper bags for shower gels we’ve bought for xmas gifts , I wasn’t even ask a fancy xmas bags, etc, she told me they will running out if they give it! I’ve paid $160 dollar for all, some wasn’t even under offer, is this how you appreciate or thanks your customers? Just Bloody paper bags! Plus they wrongly charged one of the item, when I showed to her the actual price was displayed for $30, and charged me 35! no sorry no nothing! She Frowned in front of my family and refunded the money. Horrible! We’re not a beggar in your store, This will be my first and last to visit this store. She needs a proper training for her customer service.

Very dissapointed with the service at the counter, was been promise by the lady from the front counter to come and redeem your discount on the month of your bd; but was been told by her today I won't be getting any discount as for I don't have the bodyshop voucher being send out yet. Wasted my time driving all the way for this bs.
