Great service. Sad to read about this Veteneray service being victimised by locals of Jamestown. I know where they are coming from. I lived there for 2 years. If you are not part of the local Catholics or clique, then you are treated like an outsider.One would think we are past the stone ages of initiations and progressed in intelligence.Obviously not. What makes it worse is that these people hide behind their keyboards to make vitriol derivative untrue comments.Ever visit Jamestown? Don't! Just drive through. No intelligent life there.

Misdiagnosed, very expensive. Traumatic to dog and owner. Wrong operation. Threatened with welfare after they made huge error. Wanted to take leg off. Totally traumatized, discusting.

They did exactly what needed to be done and were very nice and professional about it and respectful towards my situation

Very disappointed when we called for advice on looking after an injured galah we found a few days ago. The lady I spoke to told me that if we brought him in to the clinic then he would be examined and regrettably put down if he couldn’t be returned to the wild - she seemed to be completely unaware of the amazing network of wildlife carers in the region (Flinders Ranges Wildlife Rescue) who are able to provide short or long term care for injured critters. We did some research and made some calls, and found a great carer who is now looking after the little fella. Very disappointing that a local vet clinic doesn’t have a better idea of what their community offers.

Seen to promptly. The staff were fabulous and very caring.

Wonderful vet, truly cares about your animals. Not expensive either. Worth the extra kms to save a lot of dollars.

We have had this practice caring for our pets for over 20 years and highly recommend their professionalism and empathy.

Our cat needed emergency surgery after in piling himself on fence only moving to SA for about a month they gave our cat amazing care and made us feel at ease.

My dog , Biscuit & I visited Jamestown Vets for the first time since moving down from the Northern Territory today. I couldn’t have been more happy with the service that was provided. Biscuits welfare was an absolute priority to all of the staff. Thank you.
