Delighted with my choice of frame and mounting. 100% happy I chose this place. Realised later I had forgotten to talk about glass, so thought there wouldn't be any, but when I picked it up today, there was glass - mind you, if asked would have chosen non-reflective glass because where it is hung reflects lights on in the lounge and the windows.

Really disappointed. Dropped in a simple framing job. But after almost 6 week they couldn't even tell me when they might receive the moldings. So I said no problem I would just collect my print and have is done elsewhere.When I came to collect the print I found that it had been roughly glued to a mounting board. There was glue on the front and rather than making the frame to the print they were cutting down my print.This is an absolute disgrace. They should not have started until they had the molding. This shows a very low quality.I do not recommend.

The lady who works there, Astero, went above and beyond! I live in NSW and over she phone she sent me all different frame options, got my pictures printed and fitted, and made sure I had the best possible product. Best customer service!

The frames I had custom made are fantastic and the staff and lovely. I've been coming here for over 15 years.Some care needs to be taken with buying ready made frames though as the mat given to me needed considerable trimming to fit the frame I had bought.This is the only framing shop I plan on using in the future.
